今年年初，著名的“葡萄酒倡导家”杂志的酒评家安东尼加洛尼因和新的管理团队理念不合，离开了杂志的酒评团队，而在他离职后，由他负责数年的加州地区酒评工作，也再次回到了罗伯特帕克本人的手里。前几天，葡萄酒倡导家杂志官网论坛发布了帕克归来后的首个重磅消息：”12款纳帕葡萄酒获得了100分的满分，其中还包括一款非赤霞珠混酿的葡萄酒。”苦苦的等待数日后，目前结果已经公布，就让酒斛编辑团队为你详解这12款满分酒吧！
1. 2010 Colgin IX Proprietary Red Estate
这款被帕克誉为”完美之酒“的波尔多混酿来自纳帕谷著名的膜拜酒庄Colgin Cellar，丰满浓郁，却又自有一份轻盈的果香。
帕克点评：The 2010 IX Estate is another perfect wine. Its opaque purple color is accompanied by copious aromas of blueberries, cassis, pen ink, asphalt, licorice and subtle oak. Full-bodied and rich but light on its feet, this spectacular effort was created from a blend of 63% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 11% Cabernet Franc and 6% Petit Verdot. Enjoy this profound wine over the next 25+ years.
2. 2010 Hundred Acre Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon Few and Far Between
老牌膜拜酒庄Hundred Acre的作品，庄主Jayson Woodbridge大概可以算是纳帕谷最豪放不羁的酿酒师了，而这款酒从某种程度上也继承了这种性格，大气深邃的黑樱桃果酱，甘草，和些许黑色矿物味道。
帕克点评：The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Few and Far Between has a minerality that is also found in the Howell Mountain cuvee as well as deep, luxurious, beautiful black currant and blackberry fruit intermixed with hints of jammy black cherries, licorice, camphor and charcoal embers. Exceptionally full-bodied with sweet tannin, surreal richness and remarkable purity as well as delineation, this pushes ripeness and intensity to nearly over-the-top levels, but it pulls back to simply create a wine of genius. This 2010 should age effortlessly for two to three decades, but there is no reason to delay your enjoyment.
3. 2010 Shafer Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Hillside Select
Shafer酒庄在纳帕谷可谓家喻户晓，而Hillside Select作为酒庄的顶级酒款，名字得自酒庄成立之初为了对抗纳帕谷滥用”Reserve“这个词语所做出的努力，红黑水果交织的香气，诱人的花香，尽管富于力度和复杂度，却是一款轻盈动人的红葡萄酒，
帕克点评：The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Hillside Select offers a mindblowing display of blue, red and black fruits along with licorice and floral notes. The prodigious aromatics are followed by a precise, rich, pure blast of inky black currant, blueberry and mulberry flavors. The oak is virtually undetectable, and the wine, for all its power, richness and depth, is incredibly light on its feet and ethereal. It should drink well for 3 to 4 decades. Those who might argue that wines over 14% alcohol are hot, loathsome and heavy really need to objectively taste these wines rather than bloviate.
4. 2010 Spottswoode Cabernet Sauvignon
Spottswoode酒庄建筑的历史超过了100余年，算是这次获得满分酒的酒庄中罕见的老寿星了，铅笔芯，各类野果以及丰富的黑色水果气息，橡木桶的使用非常精妙，融合度非常的高。颇有法国波尔多名庄之风。
帕克点评：The brilliant 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon boasts an inky/purple color as well as glorious aromas of spring flowers, lead pencil shavings, licorice and a multitude of wild mountain fruits, in particular black raspberry, blackberry and cassis reminiscent of a French Pauillac (although I always think of Spottswoode as the Chateau Margaux of Napa). With a flawless integration of tannin, wood and acidity, it comes across like a liquid version of haute couture from the house of Chanel. It should drink well young yet age for 25 years.
5. 2010 Colgin Cariad Proprietary Red Wine
这次12款满分酒的大赢家莫过于Colgin Cellar酒庄了，一次囊括了三款满分酒，Cariad是威尔士语“爱情”的意思，这款酒精选了来自三座由著名的葡萄园管理者David Abreu亲身管理的葡萄园出产的葡萄。烟草，蓝莓和木炭等烘烤香气，陈年潜力非常惊人。
帕克点评：The 2010 Proprietary Red Cariad reveals great intensity along with abundant notes of unsmoked tobacco leaf interwoven with blueberry, blackberry and cassis fruit, charcoal and coffee bean nuances as well as a Pauillac-like lead pencil shaving character. This blend of 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot and 14% Cabernet Franc is one of the finest wines I tasted over the 12 days I spent tasting in Napa Valley in late August and early September. This remarkable 2010 should drink beautifully for 20 or more years.
6. 2010 Colgin IX Syrah Estate
这款葡萄酒就是那款神秘的“来自纳帕谷的非赤霞珠混酿满分酒”这款获得了帕克满分的西拉葡萄酒被认为是可以与隆河谷名家M.Chapoutier的单一园西拉比肩的葡萄酒，虽然纳帕谷并不是美国传统的西拉产区，但是这款自有园西拉成功的打破了这一定律。野味，黑色，蓝色水果气息，非常美妙的花香和辛香气息，非常有特点的一款酒。
帕克点评：The 2010 IX Estate Syrah is one of the most compelling Syrahs ever made in California. It ranks alongside some of the perfect Syrahs from Sine Qua Non in Santa Ynez and the Santa Rita Hills. Tasting like liquified steak au poive with blackberry and blueberry sauce, this amazing wine reveals staggering aromas of flowers, bouquet garni, melted asphalt, licorice, pepper and meaty notes. It should drink well for 15+ years assuming you have that much patience.
7. 2010 Turnbull Wine Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon Fortuna Vineyard
Turnbull酒庄就位于纳帕谷29号公路的边上，而这款酒是非常典型的纳帕谷作品，无数人的努力，终于造就了这样一款绝佳的葡萄酒。在口中跃动的醋栗，蓝莓，黑莓果香，富于层次感，极其悠长的收尾。Turnbull酒庄的美景，也非常值得亲自一游。
帕克点评：The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Fortuna Vineyard is perfection! This extraordinary wine offers up notes of creme de cassis, graphite, truffles, blueberries and blackberries as well as a colossal mouthfeel with no sense of heaviness, layer upon layer of fruit and glycerin, astonishing purity and a finish that lasts 50 seconds. A magnificent effort that should turn out to be one of the great modern classics of Napa Valley, it should age effortlessly for two to three decades.
8. 2011 Bevan Cellars Tin Box
Bevan Cellar酒庄的葡萄酒从未令人失望过，这款酒仅由赤霞珠与小味儿多酿制，浓得仿佛化不开的蓝莓和各类花香，纯净，质朴。丝滑的单宁，令人震惊的复杂度。每一个方面都非常的完美。
帕克点评：Meriting a three digit score, the 2011 Tin Box is a blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Petit Verdot from a hillside vineyard. It boasts a vivid perfume of acacia flowers and blueberry liqueur that bursts from the glass with vibrant purity as well as intensity. A magnificent red wine with unreal richness, full-bodied unctuosity, low acidity, and velvety tannins, this 2011 (aged in 100% new French oak) reveals few wood notes, and because of the vintage characteristics, can be drunk now or cellared for another 10-15 years.
9. 2010 Dominus Proprietary Red Wine
Dominus酒庄一直是帕克的挚爱，而Dominus在2010年这个凉爽的年份也未令人失望，浓郁的大地香气，烘焙香料，雪松木香。外柔内刚，优雅不失力道。获得100分的满分，绝对是实至名归。
帕克点评：Composed of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petit Verdot, the stunning, full-bodied 2010 Dominus boasts an exceptional perfume of hoisin sauce, licorice, underbrush, forest floor, plums, black currants and jammy cherries intertwined with hints of cedar, baking spices and oak. Full-bodied and voluptuously textured, the 2010 is on a slightly faster evolutionary track than the 2009 (somewhat of an anomaly for these two vintages). This exquisite as well as prodigious 2010 can be drunk young, but it should age effortlessly for 20-25 years. Bravo!
10. 2010 Hall Winery Cabernet Sauvignon Exzellenz
Hall酒庄这款酒的名字正如其酒，是真正的Excellent（出色）的葡萄酒，这款单一园赤霞珠充满了春日的花香，鲜美的蓝色，黑色水果，出众的平衡感。这款酒反映了当今酿酒水平所能达到的巅峰。
帕克点评：The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Exzellenz Sacrashe Vineyard appears to be the deepest colored wine of this group. It reveals a pungent, penetrating, haunting bouquet of black and blue fruits as well as spring flowers. Exceptionally rich with perfect balance, a multidimensional skyscraper-like texture, but no heaviness, this is a tour de force in great winemaking. The finish lasts for nearly a minute. This epic Napa Cabernet Sauvignon should evolve over the next 25 years.
11. 2009 Hundred Acre Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon Deep Time
仅次于Colgin Cellar酒庄，Hunderd Acre酒庄获得了两款满分酒的殊荣，这款被称为Deep Time的葡萄酒在橡木桶中度过了更长的时间陈酿。浓重的矿物感，桑椹，味道醋栗的诱人味道，在口中充满了野性的活力。虽然数量稀少，但是值得努力寻找。
帕克点评：The 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon Deep Time is another perfect wine. Quintessential elegance, seductiveness and ripeness are all present in this full-bodied, gorgeously rich wine along with intense minerality and abundant, corpulent, cassis, mulberry and boysenberry fruit. It takes a wild ride on the palate with incredible intensity yet a surreal finesse and focus that belie the wine’s compelling concentration and intensity. I’ll cut off my notes now since so few people will ever get a chance to try this beauty, but if you do, it takes you deep into the essence of Cabernet Sauvignon as well as the complicated think tank of Woodbridge’s brain. Anticipated maturity: now-2030.
12. 2010 Screaming Eagle Cabernet Sauvignon
啸鹰酒庄获得100分，实在是不出意外，这家名庄中的名庄，在数年前更换了新的庄主后，质量还是一如既往的出色，春日的花朵，石墨的矿物感，浸渍的樱桃，甘草香气，丰润浓郁的酒体，复杂度一流。
帕克点评：Utter perfection, the 2010 Screaming Eagle Cabernet Sauvignon (a 610-case blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Merlot and 9% Cabernet Franc; 14.5% natural alcohol) boasts a dense ruby/purple color along with a staggering bouquet of spring flowers, graphite, creme de cassis, kirsch, licorice and subtle toast in the background. Opulent and full-bodied with a multidimensional personality, gorgeous purity and a stunning, flawless texture, this spectacular wine is among the wines of the vintage.
