手工采摘,紧接着葡萄立即去梗和破皮,浸皮持续3-5天,发酵温度为12-20°C,然后苹果酸-乳酸发酵,这些步骤结束之后转移到橡木桶,陈年6个月以上。

The winemaking team is continuously searching out vineyards throughout the entirety of Spain’s wine regions looking for old vines with low yields and quality fruit. Using this criteria and a passionate winemaker, Vinnico Export has been able to create three award-winning wine collections, Montgó, Flor del Montgó and Aventino. Vinnico Export also has multiple single-wine labels such as Tosalet, Creencia, Capa, El Paso, Sabika not to exclude BIB successes with products like Vivay and Ardiente. Vinnico Export´s wine portfolio reflects with each wine a “high quality at a competitive price” standard. Our presences in the various wine regions, allows us to offer quality bulk wines at competitive price points.
