酿造方式介绍 BREWING TECHNIQUE
手工精选感染了贵腐霉菌(Botrytis cinerea)的葡萄,去梗后轻柔压榨,经过三到六周的发酵,待酒精浓度和糖分比例达到指定标准后中断发酵,醇化后装瓶上市。

哈宝普诺酒庄(Chateau Rabaud-Promis)与斯格拉哈伯酒庄(Chateau Sigalas-Rabaud)原本同属于一个酒庄——哈宝酒庄(Chateau Rabaud)。哈宝酒庄的历史可以追溯至1660年,当时为贝红妮•哈宝(Peyronne de Rabaud)夫人所有。 


Madame Peyron de Rabaud owner of the Chateau Rabaud Became 1660 Marry into the family Cazeau. The Family Cazeau, however had no success with the property for 150 years, and sold it to Gabriel Deyma 1819.


Gabriel succeeded, however, much better. In the years leading up to the classification 1855, he managed to Improve the wine’s quality to be classified in premier cru.


Gabriel lyckades dock mycket bättre.1903 the property was divided by the owner Pierre Drouihet de Sigalas and he sold a portion of the Chateau to Adrien Promise. In this way, the Chateau Rabaud-Promise was formed.


Chateau Rabaud-Promise has a cultivated area of 31 ha, and here it is 80% Sémillon, 18% Sauvignon and 2% Muscadelle. 


For many years the Chateau produced wine of low quality, but 1980 began a major improvement.


Philippe Dejean has worked hard to produce a wine which, with honour belongs to premier cru. Slottet producerar ett andra vin under namnet Domaine de l’Estremade. The castle produces a second wine under the name Domaine de l'Estrema.
